Eschalions anyone? Donna Williams, a former food-industry exec and investment banker, started Field Goods in 2011 in the Hudson Valley to deliver produce from small local farms to the workplace. Focusing on the corporate market and the demand for wellness programs, she is currently delivering weekly bags of produce and other local food to some 3,500 subscribers at more than 500 businesses and community drop-off points in New York and Connecticut.
